Before starting therapy, I offer an initial no obligation 20 minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit for working together.

• Video/telephone counselling- 50 mins- £50

• Counselling via messaging- 50 mins- £45

• Supervision- £50 per hour / £75 for 1.5 hrs

• Concession rates available for students/trainee counsellors, low income and individuals in receipt of benefits.
